If your device does not meet the minimum requirements, we recommend using a device with higher specifications.

If the issue occurs during use, it may be related to the network environment. Please close the app and try reopening it in a stable network environment.

If this happens in specific areas of the Wonderverse virtual environment (such as locations with many buildings or characters), it may also be related to your device’s specifications. Please compare the minimum requirements for WonderPlay with the specifications of your device.
